All Natural Cured & Smoked Italian Ham
Our Speck comes from the mountainous region of Alto Adige in Northern Italy. Think of it as a lightly smoked prosciutto, hand rubbed with a special herb mixture.
Delicious when paired with aged cheeses, or just enjoyed on its own. Also is the perfect compliment to a traditional Raclette or fondue dinner.
We slice our Speck to order, as it should be, and wrap it in proper butcher paper to avoid suffocating the product. While Speck will not easily spoil, the flavor is best when consumed within several days.
