The King of Italian Cheese.  Parmigiano is loved around the world and widely considered one of the finest cheeses ever created.  Crumbly, nutty, sweet and tangy, just the right amount of saltiness.  
Our Parmigiano is aged for 2 years, which is considered by most experts to be the peak of flavor and texture for the cheese.  

Wine Pairing: One of the best and most classic pairings with Parmigiano is a sparkling Lambrusco. For a red, a medium bodied, fruit forward Barbera it great option for such a nutty & rich cheese.  Malvasia or Trebbiano make good, medium bodied white wines with enough fruit to stand up to the cheese.
